Starting Over...Again

Well...I started this blog over a year ago and I am sad to say I didn't stick with it.  With my kids and trying to get my business off the ground weight loss once again didn't rank high on my list of priorities. I thought about deleting this blog and starting over but nope.  I am going to keep it as motivation about what happened last time.  I do not want it to happen again.

On December 26th I weighted in at 223lbs.  I am happy to say that it is know January 17th and I weighted in at 208lbs.  I am making headway and I will continue to do so.

On this blog I will be posting about my journey, recipes, exercises and more!

Here is a break down of how posting will go

Monday - Motivation Money (I will post a little motivation to get the week started right)
Tuesday - Recipes for Weight loss (I will post one my my healthy recipes 
Wednesday - My check in day (I will weight myself and review my last week)
Thursday - Tip of the week (I will post a weight loss tip I found that will help you reach your goals)
Friday - Work out of the day (I will try a new workout)  

The weekends are family time!

I will be starting this next Monday.  I am excited to continue this journey!!!

Lets Do This!

This blog is called losing it after twins because that is what I am doing. I already lost the weight after my first child and it was too easy. Yes, I ran a lot but I did not change what I ate much at all. I lost 90lbs in 8 months. With my twins I only gained 70lbs. I say only because I gained a whopping 84lbs with my oldest daughter.

Now my twins are 9 months old and I am not losing the weight. I am in a size 16 and weight over 200lbs *gasp* I need to make changes and bad. I can also see my eating is effecting my daughter. She is gaining weight as well. So I am making changes not only for me but for her as well. I think that is going to be the greatest motivator of all.

I am writing this blog as inspiration for anyone wanting to lose weight but called it losing weight after twins as special encouragement for all those twin mommies who are in my position.

I am officially starting tomorrow but I am getting ready to go running now because it is beautiful outside and it has been too long. Tomorrow I will weight myself, ugggg and do measurements and hope that with hard work those numbers will go down.
